The soldering iron didn't come wit the wall plug, grounding cable and on/off switch shown in the pictures, instead it came with an European (?) wall plug that I had to buy an adapter to be able to use. All of this wasn't enough to justify all the hassle involved in sending it back to get a replacement but it was a big flaw nevertheless. Letting aside these set backs, everything else is just as described, the iron itself is exactly the same, the build quality is is good, the tip is sturdy and it performs exceptionally well. It heats up to 350°C just under 10 seconds making it a quality tool to have in hand.
